Master Services Agreement governing hardware deployment and software licensing.
By executing an EyeTrack Master Services Agreement, or by deploying our hardware and accessing our APIs, you agree to be bound by the following infrastructure terms.
All enterprise tracking units are supplied with a strict 24-month manufacturer's warranty. This covers defects in firmware, battery management failure, and internal component degradation under normal operating conditions.
This warranty is voided if the IP67/IP69K chassis is manually breached, if the unit is subjected to voltages exceeding its listed tolerances, or if the unit suffers catastrophic physical destruction beyond its IK impact ratings.
EyeTrack provides a 99.99% uptime guarantee for its Enterprise Cloud Portal and Core API Engine. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated at least 72 hours in advance and executed during non-peak global operating hours. In the event SLA thresholds are breached, prorated account credits will be automatically applied to the subsequent billing cycle.
EyeTrack systems are designed for the protection of legitimate commercial assets, fleet optimization, and consenting personnel safety. The deployment of our covert tracking systems for espionage, stalking, or any illegal surveillance is strictly prohibited. EyeTrack reserves the right to terminate API access and brick hardware units permanently if presented with a valid law enforcement subpoena indicating illicit use.
While our systems are engineered for high-availability security, EyeTrack shall not be held liable for the physical loss of assets, vehicles, or freight. The system operates as a telemetry and recovery aid, reliant on external factors including global satellite visibility and third-party cellular network integrity.
