Which vehicle models are compatible with your CAN bus integration?

Our hardware supports J1939 and J1708 protocols for heavy-duty trucks, as well as standard OBD-II for light commercial and passenger vehicles. We support 98% of commercial vehicles manufactured after 2004.

How frequently does the dashboard update vehicle locations?

By default, active vehicles transmit GNSS coordinates, speed, and heading every 10 to 30 seconds, depending on your data plan. Alert triggers (like harsh braking) are transmitted instantly.

Can the system detect fuel theft while the vehicle is off?

Yes. Our advanced units remain in a low-power listening state when the ignition is off. If the ultrasonic or capacitive fuel sensor detects a sudden volume drop, it immediately wakes the system and triggers a high-priority SMS/Email alert to the command center.
